ALASKA, CP Army Hub Headquarters – Executive Producer Max, the Army Hub’s rendition of Aunt Arctic, answers your burning questions.
What is your funniest experience at CPAH?
Dear Reader,
Oh no – this is dangerous territory! I have a lot of funny stories but they sadly are not PG-friendly and appropriate for this column. But one particularly funny memory I have would be when Chief-Executive-Officer Pookie437 logged onto CP Rewritten while I was leading an Army of CP event to get my attention. Apparently something dramatic was going down and I was mid-ACP event and not responding to my direct messages. It’s safe to say the Army of CP soldiers were very confused by the moose-headed penguin and his disrupting chants of “Max! Check messages!”.

What qualities do you think are needed for a successful army?
Dear Reader,
I believe a successful army first needs a dedicated leadership and higher command who are willing to put the necessary work in. But an army would be nothing without their troops, so alongside the staff team, a plentiful amount of members that are passionate about their group is very important. Having said this, I also believe the army needs to be more than just the events held on Club Penguin, and instead become a place of community, friendships and family. A place where fun and memories are made every day, and everyone can reside to escape the stresses of the real world. This is what I believe to be a truly successful army.

Would you allow joke armies to be in CPAH? If so, on what basis?
Dear Reader,
We have in fact previously allowed the entry of “joke armies” into the CP Army Hub league. This is because, who are we to say that they are a joke army?Ā The decision to allow or disallow an army to enter is not up to us, but rather the army community as a whole.
However, to prevent an abuse of joke or proxy armies, we have implemented several rules. One such rule includes the removal of the army representative role after 2 weeks of inactivity. This is to ensure certain people and armies cannot skew votes to suit their agenda.

How does CPAH carry out the awarding of points for tactics quality?
Dear Reader,
A great question, and something that has never really been discussed in great detail. The tactic points are calculated by taking an armies biggest maximum size of the week and matching that with their best picture. The calculation team will then award the points based on the percentage of people doing the tactics. As we have the same calculation team each week, this judgement is consistent.

Do you believe there is bias in CPAH?
Dear Reader,
I can say with my whole chest that I really believe CPAH is not bias. And this is something I feel very passionate about. Every single member of the administration team is in the position they are because they value an organisation that is NOT bias for one army. They value the success of this community, and understand this can only be achieved if we work together for the greater good of the community as a whole.
Both Chief-Executive-Officers Pookie and LuciferStar have departed their respective armies to undertake their roles. This is a measure that will remain in effect to prevent bias: the CEO of CPAH cannot be in an army. Additionally, the way the administration describe the league is ‘for the armies, by the armies‘, and this concerns the fact that army representatives control every single league decision and rule. The administration have no say in what is passed by the army representatives, and simply facilities the discussion in meetings.
