“Doritos Will Rise From The Ashes” Say New Leaders Dino and Marie

UNKNOWN TERRITORY, Doritos Empire – The Doritos have found themselves consistently making headline news over the last several months, and following a quieter few weeks, have welcomed two new additions to their leadership.

The Doritos have suffered some major blows as of late, including an array of major leadership departures in the form of 32op, Meerrkat and Vivala and the temporary leave of current leader Maroon. But things are starting to look up for the army as two new leaders have been promoted: Dino and Marie.

The Army Hub sat down with Maroon to discuss his temporary leave and the motivation behind Dino and Marie’s promotions. He commented the following:

Well, we recently promoted quite a few people to LiT’s as I knew Vivala’s retirement was coming and wanted to evaluate the 2 best people to join the leadership team, based on their experience and contributions to their army, it was a difficult decision between all my LiT’s, but I decided upon promoting Mariee and Dino and I have no doubt they’ll do great things in leadership, and hopefully more of the LiT’s can make the progression to leader soon. In regards to my break it’s just because of my irl work schedule, i’m still going to be active in DCP and contribute just have less time to be at events and answer DM’s ect so decided to take a break so people didn’t think I was simply ignoring them, should be back to normal in a couple of weeks.

The Doritos have experienced a period of isolation following a mass set of invasions from the Black Ice Alliance, consisting of the Dark Warriors, Ice Warriors and Rebel Penguin Federation. Their latest event was a car takeover on New Club Penguin, and saw a size of 25 in attendance.

Dino released his first website post earlier today as the army’s leader, declaring a “New DCP” that will “rise from the ashes“. The post includes details of the army’s move from New Club Penguin to CP Rewritten, as well as their desire to remain ‘independent’ for the time being. Finally, he notes the introduction of a ‘ribbon’ system and the offering of Robux to encourage event attendance.

Hello, DCP. As you’re all fully aware, the Doritos of Club Penguin (DCP) have not seen the best of days. The army has had a lot of troops defect, arguments have become the norm, maximum event sizes have declined, and overall the Doritos have loss much of its former value. That is not what I want to see in this army. We’ve went from the strongest power in CPOAL, to a shell of our former legacy. This ends today.

We managed to speak to Marie regarding her recent inauguration into the Doritos leadership. The excited new Dorito leader said the following to our team:

Well I’ve been in DCP since December and I quickly worked my way up in ranks not once but twice. I’ve been leader in training for a long time and working really hard, as well as focusing internally to get to know my troops better . I was actually on break for about two weeks and when I came back I worked my butt off. Yesterday I got a dm from one of the leaders asking me if I was ready for what it takes to be a leader. I honestly was extremely shocked and speechless because I didn’t know after that dm everything would change for me. My plans in DCP are to make it a welcoming place and for people to feel safe in and also learn how to be a great leader like the DCP legends before me.

There is no doubt Dino and Marie are extremely motivated to get the Doritos back on track after their quiet few weeks, but will they be able to achieve it?
