Ask The Administration: “Who should I vote for in the End of Summer Awards?”

ALASKA, CP Army Hub Headquarters – Executive Producer Max, the Army Hub’s rendition of Aunt Arctic, answers your burning questions.

Is there a difference between S/M and Major Representatives? Do Major Rep’s have more of a say than S/M Reps in voting?

Dear Reader,

The ONLY difference between the representative roles is the Discord channels. Both roles have access to a rep chat with both types of reps, but both roles also have access to rep chats of their designated army size. Separating these roles was necessary as armies can now vote on specific rules for invasions/war between different size armies. The major representatives do not have more of a say than the small-medium representatives.

What should I do if I don’t feel like being in my current army, while still liking it and it’s morals very much?

Dear Reader,

If you perhaps feel like your army career is getting stagnant and you aren’t enjoying attending events as much as you previously did, take a break! There is absolutely nothing wrong with taking some time to yourself, away from the army community, to regain a new perspective. And you’ll probably find yourself even more motivated and keen to attend events after some time apart. After all, they say absence makes the heart grow fonder!

What do the advisors do? Do they have certain tasks or are brought in when needed?

Dear Reader,

Put simply, the advisors advise the administration on decisions made in regards to both the media and the league. However, different advisors are naturally more drawn to certain aspects of the Army Hub. For example, advisors Crazzy and Iceyfeet1234 are both very active in helping to ensure the CP Armies accounts are activated, and consistently offer their wisdom in regards to league rules and decisions. On the other hand, advisors like Emcee are extremely active in the media department, helping to aid the steady output of quality news.

Do the administration receive a lot of backlash from decisions made in the league? If so, how do you handle it?

Dear Reader,

Any decision we make, no matter how big or small, is met with backlash in some form. This is of course particularly prevalent in the league aspect of the Army Hub, where the votes passed have a direct impact on the armies and their foreign relations.

We are also constantly hit with “the league sucks”, which I find both bizarre and frustrating. Let’s get real here: the “perfect” league you desire is not realistic. It does not and will never exist. This administration is made up from members of both the former CP Army League and CP Army Media, and we can all agree this league is the best and most fair that has existed.

We handle backlash the only way we can: to listen to the concerns voiced, look into them and act if we believe it is needed.

I don’t know who to vote for in the End of Summer Awards. Can you decide for me?

Dear Reader,

I’m obviously not going to sit here and tell you who to vote for. Having said that, you should absolutely vote for the amazing Zamb as “Best CPAH Administrator“, he is an amazing person and extremely hard working. I would also advise you to consider Kingfunks4’sIs This The Golden Age of CP Armies? for Report of the Summer. It is a fantastic editorial that looks into the prosperity of the army community this year. It was (as always with Mr. Funks) brilliantly written and an overall very fascinating read. The rest of your votes, however, are completely up to you!
